Come volunteer and party with us! You will get to volunteer in the most exciting way! We will have a hands-on volunteer activity that YOU can help with! Also enjoy live music, swag, drinks, local vendors, a food truck, a photo station & more! This is your chance to give back while partying in CLT!

About the event
Show Up creates social volunteering events so more people can give back while having fun! Think... volunteering but at a bar! At this event, our featured nonprofit is The Down Syndrome Association of Greater Charlotte. Their annual event, The Buddy Walk, requires some prep work and they have asked us to round up volunteers to help them get ready. At this event, you will help assemble over 100 goodie bags and prepare approximately 1,000 ribbons with pins for their big event. Everything will be ready and set up for you - we just need willing sets of hands and lots of smiles!
Here's what is included with your general admission ticket:
- Live music
- Your first beer or non-alcoholic drink from Hi-Wire Brewing (drink ticket given with swag bag)
- A Show Up drawstring backpack
- A Show Up souvenir cup
- $10 donation to the Down Syndrome Association (already built in to your ticket price!)
- A food truck on site
- Photo Station
- Time to mingle, socialize, network and have fun with great people like yourself!
- ***Options to upgrade your ticket to include a Show Up T-Shirt and/or increase your donation amount to a total of $50, $75, or $100 (instead of $10)
